Production and dispatch

The product page states whether an item is made to order or stocked and shows its estimated production or dispatch time. An order containing several products may ship when the longest stated time is complete.

Rates and destinations

Available delivery countries and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery time after production depends on destination and carrier.

For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges and other local carrier fees may apply. These charges are paid by the recipient on delivery, and the exact amount depends on the destination and carrier.

Tracking and transit damage

When tracking is available, the link is emailed and shown in your account. Photograph the packaging and product and contact us promptly if a shipment is damaged.
