This page describes the necessary cookies that operate the shop and the optional first-party analytics enabled only after you consent.

Necessary cookies support secure sign-in, session handling and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled through the analytics choice because the shop could not otherwise operate securely.
The choice is stored for 180 days. We ask again when it expires or when this policy changes.
Optional first-party analytics
When you select Accept cookies, the server creates a random first-party visitor ID. We use it to measure visits, product views, cart, checkout and custom requests together with coarse device, browser and country information.
Analytics does not retain raw IP addresses, full user agents, personalisation text, request descriptions or attachments. Content entered in product and request forms is not included in analytics events.
Retention and customer journeys
Unidentified analytics that has not been linked to a customer account is deleted after 12 months. If you sign in, consented events on the current device may be linked to your account so that we can understand the customer journey and improve the shop.
Anonymous aggregates may be retained for longer. Necessary order and accounting data is handled separately and is not deleted when analytics data is erased.
Your choice
You can open Cookie settings in the website footer at any time and select Necessary only. Withdraw consent or delete analytics for your whole account from Privacy on the account page.
Withdrawal stops new collection and deletes identifiable analytics covered by the choice. Contact [email protected] if you have questions.
